Newsletter Advertising Guidelines and Rates

All rates are per month, regular advertisers will be billed quarterly.

Print Ads
Guidelines
A maximum of one full page ad from a hospital or organization may be submitted each month. The same ad may only be used two months in a row. This only applies to full page ads, no other size and does not affect the inclusion of articles or announcements. Submitting an ad for a particular month does not guarantee that is will be included in that issue. Ads will be included on a first come, first serve basis depending on space availability.

Member Rates-
1pg color: $125, 1pg black and white: $75
Half pg color: $75, half pg black and white: $40
1/4pg black and white: $25(1/4 pg size not available in color)

Non-Member Rates-
1pg color: $225, 1pg black and white: $125
Half pg color: $125, half pg black and white: $75
1/4pg black and white: $40 (1/4 pg size not available in color)

Classified Ads
Guidelines
Relief, services, and employment listings up to 75 words are free to member veterinarians. In order for a hospital to post an employment ad free of charge, the owner or managing veterinarian of the hospital must be a member.

Classified ads will automatically be posted on the website and in the newsletter for two months unless other arrangements are made with the PVMA Executive Director. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to renew the ad if needed.

Member rates-
75 words or less, free
Each additional 25 words, $15

Non-Member rates-
$25, first 50 words, $15 for each additional 25 words
