PVMA has partnered with CorpCare Associates, a national Employee Assistance Program (EAP) program since 1991, to assist PVMA member hospitals and their employees with personal concerns and family related issues. EAP services are designed as one of the many cost-effective solutions to support your team members and prevent employee problems from becoming a problem in your practice. Stress, compassion fatigue, and mental health concerns often go untreated and are the leading cause of employee underperformance, absenteeism, and attrition. As a PVMA member veterinarian, you will receive invitations to shop Columbia Sportswear’s Employee Store throughout the year. The invitations will be emailed directly to you every few months. Mackenzie Martin’s passion for financial health in the veterinary profession comes from her love of animals, the industry, and the people that serve in it. She engages clients to make proactive decisions about their financial health, while making sure those decisions find a balance within their personal and professional lives.
