Art Therapy and Well-being HUB

Need a break from the crowds, a little creative outlet, swing by and grab some supplies to take with you to sessions or stay for awhile and craft away. Art is indeed therapeutic and hep with learning and listening! Make some things for yourself or gift for others who may need a bit of love.

We will be integrating wellness activities into the conference with the hope of bringing together veterinary professionals in our community to develop a common understanding about health and wellness issues within the profession, and provide an opportunity for attendees to focus on themselves and learn tools and techniques to implement in their daily lives. By taking better care of ourselves and supporting one another, we hope to improve the health and well-being of our community as a whole.

• Make your own bath soaking salts! Salts, jars, essential oils, ribbons, and washi tape provided to customize and decorate for yourself or a gift for someone else
• Terracotta, plant markers, seed paper, paint pens, and washi tape will be provided for a little therapeutic gardening. Just in time for Spring!
• Beading supplies to make some personalized jewelry
  
• Coloring

Therapy dogs will also be available for some snuggles!

Wrap-Party

Registrants are invited to join us from 5-7pm for our Wrap Party- Food, beverages, friends, raffles!
