2023 OVTAA Member Awards Nominations
OVTAA awards are intended to honor our amazing members and affiliated individuals by recognizing those who have given to our community and profession in exceptional ways. Any current OVTAA member is eligible to submit one nomination for each award. Award recipients will be decided by the OVTAA Board of Directors and announced at our May 23rd Virtual Annual Meeting.
The three award categories are:
• OVTAA Veterinary Technician of the Year (any current OVTAA member technician is eligible)
Awarded to a technician who has made exceptional contributions to the profession and the Portland veterinary and animal welfare community through their professional contributions or volunteer efforts.
• OVTAA Veterinary Assistant of the Year (any current OVTAA member veterinary assistant is eligible)
Recognition of a veterinary assistant that has shown exceptional leadership and dedication in their practice and community.
• Outstanding Service (any OVTAA member / veterinary team member is eligible)
Honoring an individual, organization or company that has promoted the veterinary profession and the welfare of animals within the Portland metro area through education, research, practice and volunteerism.
Nomination period extended to Friday, May 5th
